Yes – we are an Arb Approved Contractor, as well as being NPTC and City & Guilds qualified tree surgeons, SafeContractor approved, and fully insured for all tree work. We meet Arboricultural Association standards for safe working practices.

Yes, we offer free no-obligation site visits and written quotations for all work.

Absolutely. Whether access is tight or close to buildings, we use controlled sectional dismantling to safely remove trees without damage to your property.

Possibly. Trees in conservation areas or with a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) require approval from the local council. We can handle all TPO and planning applications on your behalf.

The time of year to prune your tree depends on the species and the type of pruning. Some elements of pruning can be carried out year round, such as crown lifting, deadwooding or removals, however, reductions for example should be carried out while the trees are dormant, when the tree’s energy level is at its highest. All works are subject to nesting birds, and if nesting birds are present then the works may be rescheduled.
